A summer meal around a bowl of aioli is perfect during the warm season: it’s quick, easy, healthy, satisfying, and you can dip almost anything in it. Round up whatever vegetables you like, steam them or plate them raw, and serve with some crusty bread and grilled fish. Finish with a bowl of aioli in the center, and dig in with this fun summer finger food. During the busiest part of the summer season, when the warm weather and a certain sense of abandon settles in, it’s inspiring to eat outdoors, even leaving the silverware (and silverware-washing) behind. Relax, it’s summer and it’ll be gone before we know it.
