0n hot and sticky summer mornings the best things to eat for breakfast are frozen treats. Breakfast popsicles are reminiscent of other sweet treats, like waffles with fresh berries and whipped cream, and maple bacon donuts.
I decided to breathe life into my dream for a breakfast popsicle in both sweet and slightly more savory options while trying to keep things as healthy as possible. The Fruit & Granola Pop is a frozen version of my everyday breakfast.
The Avo-Pop is a bit more adventurous, and it’s satisfying and refreshing.
Soon the hot days will pass, and I’ll have to thaw out my breakfast. Until then, I’ll be keeping cool with these delicious pops.
