Zephir’s Favorite RULS

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chicken liver*
- 8 oz. Harmless Harvest coconut water
- 2 Tbsp. generic greens powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 small nub ginger
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. cod liver oil
Place everything into a powerful blender and run until smooth, probably around 45 seconds or a minute.
