Vineyard Summer Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs. white wine or other vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • few grinds fresh pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid and shake until well combined. Or whisk together in a glass measure.

Yields about 1⁄2 cup
