  • 1/2 cup beef liver, cubed*
  • 1/2 bunch kale, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 small nub of ginger, peeled
  • 1 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • water, to thin

Place everything into a powerful blender and run until smooth, probably around 45 seconds or a minute.
