Summer Stone Fruit & Cinnamon-Cardamom

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, pitted
  • 2 plums, pitted
  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 1 cup almond, rice, or hazelnut milk 2 tablespoon protein powder (She likes Vital Whey Protein or Sun Warrior Protein Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 capsule probiotics or 1⁄2 cup local yogurt
  • Optional: 1 cup kale, spinach, collards, or other greens

Blend until emulsified.

Yield: 1 large serving
