- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1-1/2 cups cold water

In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Cut in cold butter until “crumbs” appear. Add water and stir until mixed. (Do not over mix.)
Transfer dough onto lightly floured table and knead until thoroughly mixed. Roll out dough on heavily floured surface until about 1/8-inch thick. Prick holes in dough with a fork or roll with soda cracker roller.
Cut into 2-inch squares. Place 1-inch apart on ungreased half sheet trays.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Finish with Maldon Sea Salt. Break apart and enjoy.
