Sage Whipped Cream

  • 1 bunch sage
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Sage Whipped Cream

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once sugar and salt have dissolved, turn off the heat and let sage steep in cream for 30 minutes. Strain and then cool completely. Whip exactly as you would whipped cream.
