Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of cauliflower
  • 1-2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • pepper
Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Break up cauliflower heads into bite sized pieces. Toss cauliflower into a large roasting pan. Sprinkle with cumin. Drizzle olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with your hands until the cauliflower is coated with cumin, oil, salt and pepper. Roast for about 25 minutes, until cauliflower is tender and golden.

Yield: 4 servings
