Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground local pork, beef, turkey, or a combination.
- 1 cup gluten-free cornflake crumbs or Rice Chex crumbs (crushed in Cuisinart or by hand with a rolling pin)
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 egg (preferably local)
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- pinch of salt
Mash all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into small flat patties and fry in olive oil until browned on both sides. Serve with marinara sauce and a salad.
