Peanut Sauce (Frank Fury’s)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1 cup water boiled with 1 cup sugar, cooled
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • Pinch of salt

Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl adding grated carrots and peanuts to taste.

Yield: 1 cup
