Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3-4 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/4 cup ketchup or barbeque sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Form into loaf pan (8 and a ⁄ x 4⁄ x 2⁄). Bake uncovered for an hour to an hour and a half or until done.
