Lemon Dill Dressing

  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini hummus
  • 2 Tbsp. dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Whisk or blend together lemon juice, tahini hummus, minced garlic and chopped dill and slowly add olive oil while mixing. Salt and pepper to taste.
