- 1 bundle of kale, leaves separated
- olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 250° F. Make sure kale is very dry or it will wilt in the oven. Remove thick stems from the leaves and cut the strips in half. Arrange the leaves dark side up in a single layer on baking sheets covered with parchment paper. Brush each leaf with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, until leaves are crispy. Serve in a bowl for munching or on top of salads to give an added crisp.
