Jay’s Seize the Day RULS

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken livers (about 1/2 lb)*
  • 4 raw eggs*
  • 1/4 bunch greens (kale, chard, beet greens)
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut butter
  • 16 oz. Harmless Harvest coconut water
  • 2 Tbsp. Really Raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Place everything into a powerful blender and run until smooth, probably around 45 seconds or a minute.
