  • 2 cups Uncle Ben’s Original Rice®
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lb linguica, cut into round slices
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can Goya dark kidney beans
  • Secret Ingredient

In a 2-quart pot, cook the onion with the butter and linguica until golden brown. Then add water and bring to a boil. Add the rice then lower the heat and let simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the water is absorbed. Turn the stove off and let stand. Serve it up for friends and family.
