Grog

One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. rum
  • 1-3 Tbsp. unrefined dark cane sugar
  • 1/2 lime squeezed into the glass
  • ice

Muddle sugar and lime until no longer granule. Add rum and a cube of ice to glass. Make light conversation and let cube melt. Shake and strain into a glass over ice and garnish with a lime.
