- 3 large plums or 6 small plums, ripe
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pinch cardamom
- mint leaves, for garnish
Halve your plums and remove pits. Melt butter, add brown sugar and cardamom. Brush flesh side of plum with mixture. Grill flesh side down for 5 minutes, or until soft.
Serve with Lemon Granita and fresh mint as garnish.
Yield: 6 servings
