Fruit and Granola Pop

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons granola
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries

Set out the two popsicle molds vertically, either in a holder that they came in, or have a kitchen assistant hold the molds upright.
Begin layering the ingredients into the mold, starting with about a tablespoon of the vanilla yogurt. Next, using a teaspoon, sprinkle a thin layer of the granola on top of the yogurt, pushing it into the yogurt a bit so that not too much of the granola is dry. Follow this with 2-3 blueberries, and then repeat until the mold is almost full (mixture should come to about ½ inch from the top).
Freeze overnight. In the morning, rinse popsicle molds with warm water for 2-3 seconds to loosen, then remove popsicle and enjoy.

Yield: 2 pops
