Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely minced shallots
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

In a glass measuring cup combine the ingredients for the vinaigrette and whisk until thoroughly blended.
