- 1 pint organic blueberries
Rinse blueberries under cold water for 2 minutes, drain water then transfer to blender, puréeing until desired con- sistency. Strain through a mesh sieve to weed out any big skin pieces. Serve within 2 days refrigerated. Add breast milk to thin out the purée, 1⁄2 ounce at a time.
Note: Add blackberries, raspberries, bananas or strawberries to increase thickness and flavor.
Yield: 1 cup
