  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and scooped
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (optional)

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and avocado. Mix by hand until combined. Add the agave nectar and mix until smooth. Fill each of the two molds until about ⅔ full, then if you desire, add a layer or two of the sliced almonds. Make sure to add thin layers of the yogurt mixture to keep everything together.
Freeze overnight. In the morning, rinse popsicle molds with warm water for 2-3 seconds to loosen, then remove popsicle and enjoy.

Yield: 2 pops
