Adult Arnold Palmers

- 5 black tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup simple syrup*
- 1 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and let steep for five minutes. Remove tea bags.
Pour the freshly brewed tea into a pitcher with the lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur, and rum. Stir to combine and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. When ready to serve, stir to combine then pour over ice. Serve with an orange twist and a straw.
*To make simple syrup combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Heat the water over medium-high heat until all of the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool before serving.
Yield: 1 pitcher
