Chris Fischer grew up in Chilmark and Aquinnah. He learned to cook from his father, who emphasized meals spent together as a family. Chris started cooking professionally in New York City six years ago. He now makes a living cooking, growing as much food as he can, and helping others do the same here on the Island.
